Please note that the price below only applies, if you already have an existing GAS combination boiler to be replaced. If a system change to a new energy efficient & money saving, gas combi boiler is required then contact us for a separate quotation.

We can install a boiler (& parts), specified by Mobile Plumbers to suit your home's unique requirements.

The price includes supply and installation of an A rated energy efficient, bill saving, new gas boiler, standard flue, time clock and pipework, power flush and inhibitor (to prolong system life and efficiency) to central heating system. Removal of all rubbish (except floor standing cast iron boilers) and issuing of all building regulation certificates.

WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Drainage and removal of old boiler
• Supply and fit of new boiler and flue (standard flue kit only)
• Alterations to existing pipe work for a new boiler
• New condensate discharge pipe work (up 5 metres away from boiler)
• New timer
• Power flush system and add inhibitor
• Electrical connection to boiler
• Complete Bench Mark Certificate and notify GAS SAFE/Building Control
• Explain instructions and demonstrate how to use controls to homeowner
• Removal of rubbish

WHAT THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Room thermostat - replacement (supplied and fitted) £75 GBP
• Room thermostat - new energy efficient wireless (supplied and fitted) £195 GBP
• Scale inhibitor (supplied and fitted) £80 GBP
• Gas main enlargement to accomodate boiler - Price dependent on needs
• Thermostatic radiator valves £20 GBP each (trade quality only), other brands priced at current retailer price.
• Non standard flue requirements and additional work required
• Any additional work required charged as extra

Building Regulations

Between April 2005 and 1st October 2010, all new gas boilers installed have to be high efficiency (HE) condensing boilers (A or B sedbuk rated). After the 1st October 2010 only A rated gas boilers can now be installed. If you choose to ignore the following items during installation such as room thermostat (to provide boiler interlock and save you money), TRVs (thermostatic radiator valves) you do so against current building regulations. We advise only on current regulations, we cannot force you to undertake these recommendations. However, we will provide a quotation for such works.
