Payments - Domestic Households & Landlords (10 properties or less)

We require 50% deposit for all installation work (boiler etc.) the balance due on the day of completion.

For all other works quoted for on site and undertaken, payment will be due on the day of completion.

Ways to Pay

We accept cash, cheque or card payments (including credit card payments). Payment by card is preferred - we offer a 10% discount on our labour charge, if payment is made by card.

All landlord work in their properties, payment to be made in full, prior to commencement of work. Due to unfortunate non payment experiences.

Building Contractors, Commercial Property Management Companies, Housing Associations etc.

The above terms do not apply & call out charges will be made, and terms of business agreed individually.
